Double Chocolate Flourless Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 T. vanilla
- 3/4 c. cocoa powder
- 6 T. arrowroot powder or tapioca starch
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate chips. Set aside.
- In mixing bowl beat eggs, coconut sugar and vanilla.
- Slowly add chocolate mixture.
- Add cocoa powder, arrowroot powder, and salt. Beat till smooth.
- Pour into 9x13 pan. Bakr at 300° for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Notes
Variations:
Bake in 11x16 pan, for 19 minutes. Top with cream cheese mixture and blueberry sauce
