Double Chocolate Flourless Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 T. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. cocoa powder
  • 6 T. arrowroot powder or tapioca starch
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Melt butter and chocolate chips. Set aside.
  • In mixing bowl beat eggs, coconut sugar and vanilla.
  • Slowly add chocolate mixture.
  • Add cocoa powder, arrowroot powder, and salt. Beat till smooth.
  • Pour into 9x13 pan. Bakr at 300° for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Notes

Variations:
Bake in 11x16 pan, for 19 minutes. Top with cream cheese mixture and blueberry sauce
