Ingredients

  • 11 c. sprouted oats
  • 3 c. almond flour
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 c. ground flax seed
  • mix and set aside
  • 1/2 c. melted coconut oil
  • 2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. coconut sugar
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Melt all ingredients. Pour over dry ingredients and stir well. Spread thinly on cookie sheets

Notes

Variations:
Add 1-2 cups raisins or cranberries or peanut butter after baking, while granola is still warm.
