Ingredients
- 11 c. sprouted oats
- 3 c. almond flour
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. ground flax seed
- mix and set aside
- 1/2 c. melted coconut oil
- 2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. coconut sugar
- 1 c. honey
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Melt all ingredients. Pour over dry ingredients and stir well. Spread thinly on cookie sheets
Notes
Variations:
Add 1-2 cups raisins or cranberries or peanut butter after baking, while granola is still warm.
