Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 medium pan
  • 1 11x15 baking pan

Ingredients

  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 4 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. quinoa crispies
  • 1/2 c. coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a medium size saucepan, add honey and peanut butter. Set aside and allow to cool (so as to not melt the chocolate chips you'll add later).
  • Mix together oats, quinoa crispies, and coconut sugar. Add cooled wet ingredients. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.
  • Spread onto 11x15 cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 18 minutes.

Notes

  • We use sprouted oats from Costco.
  • Quinoa Crispies can be replaced with rice crispies. I buy both from Azure Standard
