Equipment
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 spatula
- 1 medium pan
- 1 11x15 baking pan
Ingredients
- 1 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 4 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. quinoa crispies
- 1/2 c. coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium size saucepan, add honey and peanut butter. Set aside and allow to cool (so as to not melt the chocolate chips you'll add later).
- Mix together oats, quinoa crispies, and coconut sugar. Add cooled wet ingredients. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.
- Spread onto 11x15 cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 18 minutes.
Notes
- We use sprouted oats from Costco.
- Quinoa Crispies can be replaced with rice crispies. I buy both from Azure Standard
